We have a lot of thoughts and assumptions in our head. Sometimes theese thoughts or assumptions are correct, and sometimes they are not. However, we only know if our assumption are wrong or correct from the events have occured. This highlights an important point: assumptions are not entirely valuable until they are tested.

Try to remember the times when you’ve had an idea but didn’t act on it because you assumed it wouldn’t work. You had the capability, but your assumption held you back.

The main thing is not that wether these assumptions are right or wrong but how they influence our actions. You might have an idea that you believe in, but you stop yourself from pursuing it because you assume it won’t succeed. These assumptions remain unvalidated because they haven’t been tested.

Here’s the key insight: even if you assume something won’t work but have the means to attempt it, you should go ahead and try. Why? Because you miss every shot you don’t take. Think about it, if you have ten ideas and don’t execute any of them, fast forward five years and you’ll find yourself in the same place, stagnant and unchanged.

On the other hand, if you try three or four of those ideas, even if they fail, you will learn valuable lessons. These failures teach you why things didn’t work, giving you insights that become your ammunition for future challenges and opportunities. Each attempt, whether successful or not, adds to your experience and prepares you for your next shot, making you better for the next challenge.

That’s why it’s essential to try out the ideas in your head, as long as you’re capable. Something to remember and maybe could help: TRY stands for The Real You. By trying, you reveal your true potential, gaining knowledge and experience that will serve you well in future challenges.
